pyTMD in JOSS

Our manuscript describing the pyTMD tidal prediction software was accepted today! Our paper gives a foundational overview of the capabilities of the software package, and its relation to other tide prediction software. JOSS is a no-cost open access journal for research software packages where all reviews and comments are performed openly on GitHub. Our reviewers helped evaluate not just the manuscript, but also the codebase,documentation, data structure, and continuous integration testing. It really was a completely different way of writing and publishing.
